Therapy with Ingram Counseling and Wellness
From thinking and feeling like this
- I don't even know what's wrong anymore
-Asking, “Who am I now?
-Emotionally overwhelmed by things that “shouldn't” feel this hard
-Feeling numb, disconnected, or detached
-Feeling your chest tight and on the verge of tears
-Knowing something needs to change but not knowing where to start
To thinking and feeling like this
- I am able to check in with myself and know what I can do to help myself
-I’m discovering who I am beyond what I’ve been through, but understanding that life affects us all, and that is okay
-Knowing I am allowed to change, to grow
-I’m learning to meet myself with understanding instead of judgment.
-I understand these symptoms, and I have skills to feel safe and grounded again.
- I’m taking the next step, one step at a time

Our Story
Our vision at Ingram Counseling and Wellness is to make trauma therapy accessible and personalized to your needs. We offer EMDR and somatic, trauma-informed care through both telehealth and in-person sessions. You can choose the space that feels safest. Our goal is to help you move from overwhelmed and survival mode toward feeling grounded, connected, and truly yourself again.
Our Vision

Therapy is intimidating; you should be proud you got this far in choosing yourself. You are so close to seeing the other side!
Whether you are in Colorado or Texas, if you need telehealth or prefer coming into the office for a sacred space just for therapy, we are here for you. Before work, during the day, and in the evening hours. If you need financial support, we will work with you. My goal is to reduce as many boundaries as I can to get you here and comfortable with the uncomfortable-ness of human growth.
Through trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, somatic approaches, and identity-focused work, the goal isn't simply to help you cope. It's to help you reconnect with yourself, build self-trust, and create a life that feels more like your own.
Because healing isn't about becoming someone new. Sometimes, it's about finding your way back to yourself.
